Artistic Method Exploration:
I’m took a class with Adria Arch at Concord Art Center. We learn about contemporary artists (mainly women), and their artistic methods. Then, during the week, we get to play! And although the class has ended, I still intend to post new work every Monday.

Week 1 – Expressive paint brush work and responding to the marks
Week 2 – Abstraction and color studies
Week 3 – Collage using paper bags, etc.
Week 4 – Texture, pattern and abstraction… I chose to use the computer for this exercise.
Week 5 – Text in art, Art in book form.
Week 6 – Paint pours, drips, splatters.
Week 7 – Installation
